Not satisfied? No worries. If you’re not happy with your MANPOWDER products, we’ll provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.

To claim your refund: - Email us at support@manpowder.com.au within 30 days - Include your order number and proof of purchase - Tell us what went wrong (helps us improve!) - Return unopened products in original packaging

Damaged in Transit? Snap a photo of the damage and email it to us. We’ll send a replacement straight away—no cost to you.

Received the Wrong Product? Our mistake, our problem. Keep the incorrect items unopened and contact us immediately. We’ll send the right products at no charge.

Quality is non-negotiable at MANPOWDER. If you’ve opened a product and there’s a genuine quality concern: - Contact us with the batch code (found near the best-before date) - Keep the product—we may need more details - We’ll send a replacement from a verified batch or provide a full refund

Plans change—we get it. For unopened products in original packaging: - Contact us within 30 days of purchase - You’ll cover return shipping costs - We’ll process your refund once we receive the product - One change-of-mind return per customer

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law cannot be limited by us. If your MANPOWDER product: - Is not of acceptable quality - Is not fit for purpose - Differs from its description - Has a major fault

You’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation. A major fault means the product is unsafe, very different from what was described, or cannot be used for its normal purpose.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We use trusted carriers including Australia Post, Sendle, and Shipit to ensure your MANPOWDER products arrive safely.

Undelivered Orders: If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Contact us immediately if your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order. We’ll investigate with the carrier.
